Minister GÜL: We will eradicate all terrorists

Minister of Justice Abdülhamit Gül attended the funeral of Infantry Expert Sergeant Yunus Emre Doğan in Kilis who fell a martyr during Operation Olive Branch. Minister Gül paid visits to the wounded soldiers of the Operation and their relatives, he wished them a quick recovery.

The funeral was held at the mosque of Yılanca village in Polateli, Kilis. The father of the martyred soldier Hanifi, his mother Gülizar Doğan, brothers as well as Minister of Justice Abdülhamit Gül, Minister of Health Ahmet Demircan, Governor of Kilis Mehmet Tekinarslan, Commander of the 5th Brigade Ali Ekiyor and relatives of the martyred soldiers and other acquaintances as well as villagers participated in the funeral.

Martyred Infantry Expert Sergeant Yunus Emre Doğan was buried following the funeral held at the cemetery of Yılanca village.


Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül visited the soldiers who were wounded in the Operation  Olive Branch and being treated at the Gaziantep University (GAÜN) Şahinbey Research and Application Hospital, as well as their relatives, and expressed his get well soon wishes.

In his visit to Gaziantep, Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül visited the veterans Ekrem Kabakçı, Yasin Yalçın, Seyit Yüzgeç and Mustafa Karaoğlu who are being treated at GAÜN as well as Mustafa Kara who is among the citizens wounded in the rocket attack made to Kilis. Gül is informed by GAÜN Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Gür and the Hospital Chief Physician Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suat Zengin concerning the health status of the wounded soldiers.

Gül expressed his get well soon wishes in his visit to Mustafa Kara, and continued "All of them will be swept from Kilis before harming you. The struggle against the terrorists continues. We will continue our struggle in order for them not to harm our citizens there, including Reyhanlı and Kilis."
